1974
The history of Cismac began in 1974, when Mr. Francesco Baldini, in possession of a ten-year experience gained at another leading company in the sector, decides to found and establish Cismac Automation Srl which will begin to take its first steps in the field of automated and non-automated plant engineering, purely for the ceramic industry. In 1979 production was transferred from the tabina di Formigine warehouses to the new plant in Sassuolo (Modena).
1983
The technical offices of mechanical and electronic design are activated internally, thus starting a path that will lead the company to complete self-sufficiency: from the design of the machines, to their realization, to the installation, to the testing, to the after-sales service.
1993
The Baldini family acquires the entire property, and still operates in the name of continuity but with a development strategy in step with the times and projected into the future.
05/2021
The generational change takes place that sees Marco Baldini as the new sole director at the helm of the company. CISMAC is today a leading company at a national and international level, serving customers who recognize its uniqueness and reliability, confident of finding the right answers to the business challenges of today and tomorrow and thus be able to make a difference. It has its own technical and research offices, both in the mechanical and electrical section, manages orders all over the world and makes use of the most sophisticated computer and telematic systems, congenial to a near future that is opening onto new horizons.
